HEAVEN HEIGHTS TOWER

I have invested heavily in the above project managed by Dubai Heaven on Earth, which is now 2 yrs behind schedule. Recently they closed down their UK office and their Dubai office is not responding to my anxious calls and emails. Customer services is appalling and there is no move by them to inform me what is happening. I can't even find this project listed nor the developer. Can anyone help please ?

It's a pretty poor show when the author replies to his own article, but as non-one has bothered to I may as well. Can someone out there (who is not half asleep) confirm whether Heaven Heights Tower is the same as the Sky Tower being advertised on the ARRA site ? Maybe this is an easier question to answer ? I cannot get any joy from the site developer Dubai Heaven on Earth (neither phone nor email).

You should ring ARRA to get an answer
Dear friend,
You should ring ARRA to find out who owns the tower as rumours and second hand info is worthless. I have recently
been able to swap to a plot in Marmooka city that has just began mobilisation to site. Their website is
www.thekingsofmarmooka.com and if you click on the section contact us, there is a transfer request form that you need
to fill out if you want to save your funds already invested.

Hi Ali,
Im based in the UAE. Gud luck with what your doing and make sure that the development
you are swapping to has the plot paid up. A lot od developers are looking to get their plot
paid up and that i swhy they have no esrow account and cannot get registered.
Also be careful of the ones underconstruction as they may not have an escrow account and
i came across a project that was a couple of stories high, about 8 and their clients are
no longer paying so a company getting swaps now will have clients who will want to pay.

Dear Unkle,
Basically, I followed your instructions and contacted KOM, using the transfer form. However, they say they cannot help me because I have "paid too much", which I find surprising and a little disconcerting to say the least ! I paid 50% deposit to my developers (Heaven On Earth) as I was requested to do as per contract. I now cannot get hold of them although they are apparently neighbours in the same Dubai office tower as the KOM. Some coincidence hey ? No-one seems to have heard of them or the scheme called "Heaven Heights". I am very concerned that I will lose my money and there is nobody who can help. Is there any advice you can give ? it would be greatly appreciated. I am , as you know, a british citizen based in the UK.
