It seems that Casamia Star the developer of Frankfurt Residence in Marmooka City, Ajman has not yet registered with ARRA. I could get in touch with 3 other investors. We all contacted the company and they claimed that the developer part of the company is different from the broker part. They also claimed that the "person" responsible for development of Frankfurt Residence has closed his office and the company tried to contact "him" several times, but they cannot get a hold of him.

The internal structure of the company and who will develop and who will sell is not the investors' concern. We know one name "Casamia Star", and we paid this company. Now this company cannot full-fill the requirements of the contract, and we expect to get our money back from this company.

I suspect they try to run this scam to get away with the investors' money. Therefore, I like to get in touch with all the investors in Frankfurt Residence and start a movement.

We can all discuss a plan, but my suggestion is to create a website (I can manage it) and try to gather all 250 investors (according to this company there are 250 investors). Then, we will hire the best lawyer firm in UAE and offer them as much as 50% of the money they recover. and file a fraud against Casamia Star. Please do not forget, at that time , it will not be only about our money, but it will be a company running a fraudulent business and they have to pay back the original money plus the damages they caused us (this will be the job of the lawyer to calculate and claim those damages).

We as investors in the Frankfurt Residence are probbaly from different countries and we are busy with our lives. Using the above method that I suggested will leverage this responsibility to the lawyer. As the lawyer will update us with the progress of the case, we will update the website. I believe this solution will be better than scattered complaints against Casamia Star. Nonetheless, I'm open to other suggestions or enhancements to this solution.

I would suggest the investors of the other projects do the same thing in order to get their money back.
