Those of you who have been sent Sales and Purchases Agreement are asked not to send them
back for at least another 4 weeks until the office is fully operational.

Kings Group Ltd keep raising the standards for developers and have been offering
customers swapping in from cancelled projects the option of a construction based payment
plan. The response from within Ajman and Dubai has been phenomenal and will continue.

Paul Pepper from Kings Group Ltd is trying to contact clients in Ajman who cannot get any information on their tower. We are working hard to deliver our units to customers in Marmooka City as promised. We were the first Developers in the UAE to react positively to the Global crisis and set about merging with other companies and getting our land fully paid up. It also became apparent that there were many people in cancelled/delayed projects, with no means of contacting their developer or Real Estate Agents.

I have invested heavily in the above project managed by Dubai Heaven on Earth, which is now 2 yrs behind schedule. Recently they closed down their UK office and their Dubai office is not responding to my anxious calls and emails. Customer services is appalling and there is no move by them to inform me what is happening. I can't even find this project listed nor the developer. Can anyone help please ?

When the official news come about Marmooka down sizing? what about the projects that are not listed any more in the new marmooka?

Ajman’s largest residential property project will go ahead at just a fraction of its original size, after the developer cancelled more than 180 towers in response to a downturn in investor demand.

Marmooka City, the largest planned community along Emirates Road in Ajman, has been scaled back from 206 towers to just 20 buildings.

A group of 20 investors from all around the world went to Dubai last week to demand answers from Casamia Star regarding Frankfurt Residence in Marmooka City, Ajman. However, they were very rude to us and we had to call the police. They were also offensive to the police, which resulted one of their managers to end up in the police custody.

Have you bought a property in any project in Dubai or Ajman that has not started to develop yet?!

It seems that Casamia Star the developer of Frankfurt Residence in Marmooka City, Ajman has not yet registered with ARRA. I could get in touch with 3 other investors. We all contacted the company and they claimed that the developer part of the company is different from the broker part. They also claimed that the "person" responsible for development of Frankfurt Residence has closed his office and the company tried to contact "him" several times, but they cannot get a hold of him.
